12:00 PM Supply Chain Transformation Workshop

Transforming your supply chain can have enormously positive consequences for you and your business. Improving an existing supply chain can help to eliminate the dangers posed by counterfeiting, while increasing agility, flexibility and reducing supply chain costs. But what needs to be done to get supply chain to this point?  The good news is that models do exist to strengthen and improve medical device supply chains. An important part of this is measurement and benchmarking against the supply chains of peers and competitors. Another important aspect is collaborating across the value chain. In this interactive workshop you will learn how to improve your supply chain through greater collaboration and effective change management.
